Open amazon.com through Browserbase. If I gave you a product link, go straight there; otherwise search and pick the listing that matches my description (ask me to confirm if more than one fits). Confirm the order summary with me before clicking buy. After the purchase, attach the receipt, then apply the memo, tracking category, and trip if relevant.
