Connectors

Perplexity

Add Ramp to Perplexity through its connector or custom remote MCP support.

Perplexity supports custom remote MCP connectors for eligible Pro, Max, and Enterprise plans. Use the Ramp connector when it is available, or add a custom remote connector that points at Ramp MCP.

Enable the Ramp connector

  1. Open the Ramp connector for Perplexity.
  2. Follow the prompts to authorize Ramp.

Add a custom connector

If you are setting it up manually, use the production MCP URL:

https://mcp.ramp.com/mcp

Perplexity's public changelog says custom remote connectors can use OAuth, API key, or open authentication. Ramp production MCP uses OAuth.

For sample data, use:

Try it

Use Ramp to show my recent transactions and summarize the biggest vendors.

Reconnect

If the connection drops, remove and re-add the Ramp connector in Perplexity's connector settings.
