What you can and can't do before your EIN arrives
You get limited Ramp access as soon as your LLC formation is submitted. Full capabilities unlock automatically when the EIN is delivered — no action needed on your end.

Limitations
- US only. Phase 1 supports US LLCs with US-based founders (US address and SSN). Non-US founders aren't supported yet.
- LLC only. C-Corp formation isn't available (Phase 1 is LLC-only).
- State availability. Your agent lists the currently supported states — ask
it, or run
ramp incorporation states. Delaware is a common default. - SSN last-4 only. The agent never handles your full SSN. You set your SSN
last-4 as environment variables (
RAMP_INCORPORATION_MEMBER_1_SSN_LAST_4,RAMP_INCORPORATION_RESPONSIBLE_PARTY_SSN_LAST_4) in your terminal; the CLI reads them directly, and they're never passed as arguments or shown in the agent context. - Doola data residency. Doola hosts data outside the US. You'll see a data-handling disclosure during authorization. Incorporation is opt-in only — your data is never shared with Doola without your explicit consent.
